What is the YSR Process?
Step 1: Select the type of resume you need (Entry Level Resume, Professional Resume, Executive Resume, Military Resume/Federal Resume) and any other service you require. Next, process your order.
Step 2: In return, you will receive an email asking for an updated resume that includes your most recent career history as well as other necessary information in order to get started. If you do not have a resume, you can let us know at this time and we will send you a questionnaire.
Step 3: Once we receive all your information, you will be assigned to one of YSR's professional resume writers and we will schedule a personal consultation phone call with you (plan on 60 minutes).
Step 4: After the initial one hour call with your writer, you will receive a first draft of your resume within the agreed-upon time frame. You will then have the ability to review the resume and make any comments or changes to ensure the document is 100% to your satisfaction. You will be given the opportunity to review the draft up to three times (if needed), after which we charge an hourly fee for additional changes. The fee is $55 per hour. In most cases, edits are done in two to three rounds and an add-on fee is not necessary. Entire process can NOT exceed a 3-month period. We close all files after three months, afterwhich any future changes will be $55 an hour.
Step 5: You will receive a final copy of your resume in Word format for on-line applications and one resume copy in PDF.
